Richard Pennyweather was born on July 2nd, 1988 in Chicago, USA. His father was a lawyer and her mother was a public school teacher. His parents met at university in Philadelphia in 1980. They fell in love and got married in Chicago in 1982. Richard had two younger sisters, Christine (27) and Lisa (23). In 2003, Richard's parents got divorced and his mother moved to France, where she still lives nowadays. The rest of Richard's family lives in Washington.

When he was a child, Richard liked watching dinosaur movies and playing with his dog Rex. He usually got good marks at school and he loved reading. However, he was not very good at Maths and he had to attend private classes to pass the subject in the last years of High School.

 

At 18 he went to the University of Chicago where he graduated in English Studies. Then, he came to Europe and lived in different countries like France, Italy or Denmark working as an English teacher in private schools. In 2013, he established himself in Mallorca, Spain, where he worked as an English teacher at Sant Josep Obrer unitl his death last Friday.
